Is it COVID secure and safe?
NightGarden will operate in compliance with state and venue regulations and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of COVID-19; however, all guests are reminded that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Do not enter the NightGarden experience if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.

There is no air conditioning, as this is an outdoor event.

Yes, the NightGarden is accessible for deaf people.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
The NightGarden is only open during the evenings, with specialized lighting. This event would not be recommended for someone visually impaired, unless accompanied by a caretaker. There are dark winding paths and slight elevation changes in terrain that could present a challenge.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

The NightGarden is primarily a walking experience, and seating is very limited.

What forms of payment do you accept?
NightGarden Miami: A Magical Light Experience is a cashless experience, only credit and debit cards are accepted. Specifically Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are the only methods of payment accepted for purchases.
Do I need to wear a mask?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience but not required.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you may be asked to briefly wait depending on capacity, though your ticket will be honored.

NighGarden is accessible for individuals with disabilities. Our pathways, exhibits and collections are accessible; many of our doors have automatic opening devices; our buildings have ADA-compliant restroom facilities; our trams accommodate wheelchairs and have assistive listening devices. However, there might be certain zones with limited access.

There is free parking available on site.
What if the weather is bad?
The NightGarden is a rain or shine event. In the event of extreme weather conditions, ticketed guests will be contacted. Please check the forecast on the day of your visit so you can plan appropriate attire, including ponchos, umbrellas, and foot gear that may get wet!
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Alcohol, outside food and beverage, firearms, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Unfortunately, there will not be any wheelchairs for rent.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 7 days before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Are there any discounts available?
NightGarden is happy to offer a 10% discount for Senior (65+), Student, or Military. Tickets can be purchased online and on-site. The user will need to show on-site a valid military or employee ID and do not need a prior reservation. Limit of four (4) discounted tickets per ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us
for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us
Can I leave and come back?
All ticket types, including Flexible Admission, include a one-time entry intoNightGarden on the selected date and time. There is no re-entry.
What are the hours of Operations and what time does NightGarden close?
Hours of operation may change daily, please refer to the ticketing page. NightGarden will close 60 minutes after the last available ticket time.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for NightGarden can only be purchased on Fever
. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
